The M.U.S.T. system comprises more than 30 modular components that can be freely combined to meet virtually any operational requirement. Its range extends from discreet undergarments for concealed wear to overgarments with integrated plate pockets for vehicle crews, and to plate carriers fitted with four‑hook buckles.
A wide selection of soft‑ and hard‑ballistic extensions and multiple protective plate configurations for the front, back and sides are available. Soft‑ballistic components are offered in several designs that comply with current guidelines.

M.U.S.T. scales rapidly via precisely engineered interfaces — from a lightweight plate carrier to near‑comprehensive all‑round protection.
Configurations can be changed instantly, enabling flexible, efficient and precisely tailored responses to the prevailing threat.
Maximum protection
Soft and hard ballistic inserts protect the torso, flanks, upper arms, thighs, abdomen and groin. For heightened risk, the system can be upgraded to VPAM9 without materially reducing mobility.
Developed from operational experience, M.U.S.T. remains flexible, powerful and future‑proof.

A system for maximum protection with the highest possible tactical mobility and modularity. Rib protection plate for side protection; additional protection for the neck, arms, abdomen, groin and thighs.

Modular down to the last detail
3D-shaped upper arm protection
The upper arm protection is a weight-optimised, 3D-shaped component for large-area coverage of the upper arm while allowing unrestricted mobility. The contoured shape follows the anatomy of the shoulder and upper arm, minimises impairment of movement and ensures stable, flat contact.
In combination with the rib protection plate, this creates continuous lateral coverage from the upper arm to the side of the thorax – even when holding a weapon, without restricting the shooting technique.
3D-shaped upper leg protection
The hardballistic, 3D-shaped thigh protection combines maximum protection with high ergonomics. Its anatomical contour fits snugly to the thigh, reduces pressure points and allows full freedom of movement when running, kneeling and in vehicles.
The contoured protective surfaces specifically cover the critical course of the large veins in the thigh and protect them from penetration and blunt trauma.
3D-shaped rib protection
The rib protection plate is an anatomically shaped side plate which, in combination with the upper arm plate, creates a continuous lateral line of protection from the upper arm to the thorax. Its 3D geometry ensures a stable, flat fit while allowing for a high degree of freedom of movement for the arm and upper body.
With 100% more coverage than conventional side plates, it offers a significantly expanded area of protection. The height-adjustable suspension allows the plate to be precisely adapted to different body types.
Fastening systems
The fastening options combine versatile Velcro adapter points, the connection of the thigh protection and the patented hook buckle. Large Velcro surfaces enable quick, tool-free attachment of protective elements, pockets and extensions with high hold and low profile. The thigh protection attaches to trouser belts or battle belts, is adjustable, does not block holsters/pockets and sits securely.
The hook buckle opens 360° for secure one-handed operation, even with gloves. Compatible with common belt systems; robust, durable.
Abdomen plate
Our abdomen plate offers reliable protection and high wearing comfort. It is available in three sizes and can be precisely adjusted to the user's body size and application scenario thanks to various attachment/fastening options.
The ergonomic shape and low weight ensure comfortable wear even over long periods of time. Robust materials and cleanly rounded edges increase safety, while the well-thought-out design enables quick, secure assembly and easy cleaning.
